SALON ETIQUETTE AND PROCEDURES

Because our salon space is small and intimate, phone use without using headphones/earpods can impact others in the salon.  Please be kind and use earphones/earpods when using your phone to watch videos, engage in social media, have phone conversations, etc.

As we do not have a waiting area, please text when you arrive. I will let you know when I am ready.

Only those with scheduled reservations are allowed inside the salon. If you have had a positive COVID test within 10 days of your appointment, or have any other contagious condition, please contact me to reschedule your appointment.

CONFIRMING YOUR RESERVATION

When you book any type of reservation, you will receive an email and text detailing your date, time, and service type.  Please contact me as soon as possible if any part of your reservation needs to be changed.  3 days before your reservation date, you will receive a confirmation text and email.  To confirm, click the hyperlink in your email or text and follow the prompt.  Services confirmation is required: an unconfirmed appointment is subject to being removed from the schedule. If you do not arrive for a confirmed appointment, you will be charged for the full cost of your service.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel, reschedule, or change the type of reservation, please do so at least 2 days in advance. I cannot ensure service for late arrivals.  When you make a reservation, it is exclusively yours.  In the event that you do not give proper notice to cancel or alter your reservation, rescheduling and future reservations will require prepayment. Canceling within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a $50 charge for haircuts and a $100 charge for color and extensions. You may book a reservation based on same-day availability or you can reserve via the online booking system.  In the event that you do not arrive for your confirmed reservation, you will be charged for the full cost of service.

CARD ON FILE AND DEPOSITS

At the time of booking your reservation, a card on file is required.  All card information is safe, secure, and not saved on site. If booking online, your card information is securely stored. There is no charge at the time your card is placed to your account.

When taken, deposits are non-refundable and are applied to your service total.

SERVICE GUARANTEE

I want you to be satisfied with any services you receive from me.  If you are not, please contact me as soon as possible.  Complimentary follow-up reservations are available provided I am contacted within 7 days of your original reservation.  Hair color services can only be guaranteed if the stylist recommended products are purchased.

Each color and haircut I do is completely customized to your individual wants and needs. Since every guest is so unique, I offer timed foiling and tiered haircut pricing. This allows me to help you get exactly what you are looking for! Your needs are determined via phone, text, or email consultation. After your needs are assessed, a price quote can be given. Where are you located?

I operate out of Luster Salon in Clarksville, TN. Our address is 350 Warfield Blvd. Clarksville, TN 37043.

The salon is located at the intersection of Warfield Blvd. and Ted Crozier. 

How often should I get my hair done?

These are the recommended times to wait in between appointments 

Foil touch up: 4-6 weeks
Balayage refresh: 8-10 weeks
Haircut: 6-8 weeks

How much will it cost to get my hair done?
